In the very, very first episode of The Budding Artist Podcast, Sarah has the honor of sitting down with Ashlie Tran of Happimood Studios as she recounts her affinity for art at a young age to exploring different mediums of expression in adulthood. Prior to discovering the entire quote, the two grapple with the idea of being a jack of all trades, but master of none.

It’s been quite the journey with my oldest and best friend. I don’t have any words for how absolutely lovely and life altering it’s been to have the support of such an incredible human being.

Ashlie is an artist through and through. If you look in the dictionary, you see a picture of her under the word ‘artist.’ She truly pours her heart and soul into every project… and believe me, there’s so freaking many of them. It shouldn’t be possible, but she’s truly made me believe in the extraordinary. I’m so proud and honored to spotlight her story and work. I’ve never seen anyone as dedicated to their craft with a full-time job, balancing friends and family, and a life that is constantly changing in ways most people cannot imagine. At the very core of it all, she is a kind, compassionate, and wonderful human. I cannot wait to see where her art takes her next.
